Digital Product Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 24, 2026

Legacy Compliance and Consulting Group, LLC provides digital products, including workbooks, toolkits, templates, guides, PLR products, and other downloadable resources. Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, and customized immediately after purchase, the following refund policy applies.

14-Day Refund Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

A refund may be considered when:

• A customer was charged more than once for the same purchase.
• The purchased files are defective, corrupted, or inaccessible and we are unable to provide working replacement files.
• The product received is materially different from the product described at the time of purchase.

Change-of-Mind Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds generally are not provided solely because a customer changes their mind after successfully accessing or downloading the product.

PLR and Editable Products

Products sold with Private Label Rights (PLR), editable source files, or other commercial-use permissions may be accessed, copied, modified, and rebranded after delivery. Therefore, refund requests involving these products will be evaluated according to this Refund Policy and any applicable marketplace or payment-provider requirements.

Third-Party Platforms

Products may also be sold through third-party marketplaces, affiliate platforms, checkout services, or payment processors. Purchases made through those services may also be subject to their applicable refund, dispute, and buyer-protection policies. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
